The first of our two limited edition beer’s brewed for Leeds’ Hop City Festival, a low-ABV pale ale fermented with Windsor yeast, an English strain which typically produces beers which have a light, fresh estery character.
Coming in at a very drinkable 3.7%, it’s dry-hopped with Falconer’s Flight, an American hop blend known for its distinctly tropical, floral and grapefruit characteristics. For short, we’re calling this one LOPA.
