We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to manage and run our brand new Taproom here at our Hackney brewery.
You must have pub, bar or Taproom management experience, be highly motivated and hard working, and must have an enthusiastic knowledge of craft beer.
You will be responsible for running our brand new indoor Taproom and team at our Mare Street, Hackney brewery, which launches on 5th November.
You will be responsible for setting up and running the Taproom three days a week initially, for recruitment, stock ordering, managing our reservations diary, liaising with our food team (ACE Pizza), liaising with brewery production team, and running all aspects of a successful onsite Taproom.
The Taproom will initially be open three days a week, Thursday-Saturday, and this role is available either as a Full Time role (5 days a week) including one shift at our pub The Pembury Tavern, OR as a 4 days a week pro-rata role, working solely at The Taproom over 4 days a week, with salary based on 4/5 of the full-time salary.Please direct all applications to: firstname.lastname@example.org, with a copy of your CV and a covering email or letter explaining why the position appeals to you.
