From the Ashes will be hosting a Brisket Masterclasses at The Five Points Courtyard. These workshops will invite BBQ enthusiasts and novices alike to learn all things brisket, from trimming and seasoning to cooking low and slow, with each class finishing with a feast.
Recognised for their butchery & BBQ expertise and in using whole animals sourced directly from UK farmers, these masterclasses are a great way to learn more about the meat on your plate.
As part of the masterclasses, Five Points will provide guests with a welcome drink and a couple of beers to enjoy at home after the class.
To conclude the workshop, each guest will build a bbq tray with the smoked meats cooked in the class accompanied by some classic bbq sides.

Attendees will enjoy a welcome drink of Five Points beer, a brisket demonstration led by From The Ashes, and a feasting dinner along with a take-home pack including a Five Points Tote with beer, sausages and a From The Ashes Seasoning Pouch. Further drinks will be available for purchase from the bar.

The events will start promptly at 5:30pm, with attendees expected to be seated for dinner at 8pm, and the event to conclude at 9:30pm, with guests welcome to stay to enjoy the rest of their evening at The Five Points Taproom.

For our Experience Events with From The Ashes, full refunds can be made no later than 5 days before the start of the event. Due to the nature of the event and the lead time with suppliers, we are unable to refund tickets within 5 days of the event.
Event Terms & Conditions - Please Read Before Booking
To ensure a safe and enjoyable time for all participants, we ask that all event attendees read and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
By purchasing a ticket, you and any ticket recipients agree to to these terms.
- For health and safety reasons, we can only allow attendees who are 18 years or older to take part in events and tours.
- For our Experience Events with From The Ashes such as our Butchery Masterclasses, full refunds can be made no later than 3 days before the start of the event. Due to the nature of the event and the lead time with suppliers, we are unable to refund tickets within 3 days of the event.
- Should you require special accommodation or access, please contact us at events@fivepointsbrewing.co.uk. This includes any dietary restrictions (e.g. gluten intolerances, dairy intolerances), particularly for our Butchery Masterclasses, which must be conveyed to us up to 3 days prior to the event.
- For events involving brewery tours, as we are a working brewery, we cannot allow open-toed shoes or sandals on our brew floor for any tours. Please wear comfortable, covered footwear. Any pets are not allowed on the brewery floor, but they are welcome to wait with someone in your party in our Taproom or Courtyard.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to participants that are intoxicated or displaying anti-social behaviour. Anyone who is intoxicated or exhibiting anti-social behaviour may be asked to leave, and no refunds will be granted.
- All events will start promptly on the time indicated.
