A summer Wit brewed with Sicilian blood orange and grapefruit zest. Inspired by light Belgian-style Witbiers, and brewed with fruity UK-grown Cascade hops from Hukins Hops in Kent. We used a generous amount of wheat in the brew for a round, soft and smooth mouthfeel, and fermented with Belgian ale yeast for a subtle, herbal spicy character.
