DELIVERY INFORMATION
FESTIVE SEASON 2025
Last posting date for ahead of the Christmas holiday is Monday, the 22nd, so we ask for all customers to place their orders in before midday on Monday, the 22nd so that their orders will be guaranteed dispatched ahead of the holiday.
Be aware that orders outside of the UK mainland and in some areas of the Scottish Highlands make take longer than usual for delivery. Adverse weather conditions may also delay parcels via our couriers. So order early to ensure delivery ahead of the Christmas holiday!
Orders can be collected from our brewery on Mare Street in Hackney up until the 24th of December up until 1pm. Please place your order prior to the midday cut-off for us to prepare your order and have it ready for you to pick up. The brewery will close at 1pm.
The brewery will be closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
We will reopen for collections and dispatching deliveries from the 29th through the 31st of December. We will be closed again on the 1st of January, and then reopen on the 2nd of January as per normal.
Shipping Costs
UK Mainland deliveries cost £5.99, or FREE for orders over £50.

All orders shipping to UK mainland destinations have an estimated delivery of 2 - 3 working days. However expect orders placed before 12PM to typically arrive the next working day.
During expected busy periods, such as our Black Friday Sale, deliveries may take between 2-4 working days.
You will receive notification once your item has been dispatched from our brewery.
Deliveries to The Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland cost £18.39, but any orders above £50 will have £5.99 taken off the delivery cost, which is the UK Mainland standard delivery fee.
We regret that currently we do not ship to the Isle of Man and The Channel Islands. We will be working with our courier for options for us to ship to these locations in the future.
We currently do not deliver any orders outside of the UK.
What to Expect
Once you place an order on our site, you will receive confirmation of your order via e-mail. Once shipped, you'll get another email from our couriers to let you know. This will provide a tracking number, as well as information on the day your parcel is due to be delivered.
We currently work with Parcelforce for all deliveries within Mainland UK. You can track your order on their website: Track Your Parcel | Parcelforce Worldwide.

Damaged Goods or Other Issues
If any items you have ordered arrive damaged or there is an issue with an item, such as if you received the wrong item or there's a defect, please contact us at shop@fivepointsbrewing.co.uk with your name, order number, details of the product and the problem, and ideally a photograph to further illustrate the issue in the case of any damage or defective items.
If the issue is with a consumable item (i.e. beer), please retain the packaging when contacting us so that we can resolve any potential quality control issues.
Depending on the issue, we will offer a refund or or replacement in accordance with your legal rights.
Returns
There are types of goods we sell which are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable Goods (i.e. Beer)
- Gift Cards
- Tour Vouchers
For all other items (e.g. apparel, bar blades, accessories), our returns policy is valid for up to 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, contact us first to discuss the issue and request a return. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Your return item must be unused, unworn (if apparel) and in the same condition that you received it suitable for resale if the item is not defective. It must also be in any original packaging, and it is your responsibility to cover any postage fees for the returned item to our brewery in Hackney, and strongly advise you to obtain proof of postage when returning items in the mail.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It usually takes between 3-5 working days for funds to be credited back to your account, but it can take up to 10 working days depending on the bank you hold an account with.
