Shipping FAQs
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE over £50 throughout the UK Mainland. It's £5.99 for orders under £50.
You can alternatively opt to collect for free from our warehouse. You'll receive notice via e-mail when your order will be ready to collect.
Where do you ship to?
We ship throughout the UK Mainland. This includes England, most of Scotland and Wales.
Unfortunately we do not ship to The Channel Islands. We also currently do not ship to the Scottish Highlands or to Northern Ireland, but we will be working with our courier to offer this option in the future.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
All orders shipping within the UK have an estimated delivery of 2-3 working days.

What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable Goods (i.e. Beer)
- Gift Cards
- Tour Vouchers
