We’re looking for an experienced pizza chef to join us at The Pembury Tavern in Hackney.

Working closely with our head chef and second chef, you’ll be making a whole lot of pizza, from mixing to shaping dough, to managing our Moretti Forni electric deck oven and prepping lots of lovely toppings.

We take big pride in our dough, sauces and ingredients as we make almost everything in-house. We have a innovative menu and actively encourage creative input from all of our team. We’re looking for people passionate about making pizza, who are meticulous about quality control and excellent ingredients.

For this role you need to have at least a year’s experience in a busy pizza place. A desire to learn and get stuck in is essential. You’ll be a self starter who’s able to manage their time and prep schedules effectively.

We are based within The Pembury Tavern which is owned by Five Points Brewing Co, so you’ll be part of an extended family of people who all love good pizza and beer. We have big plans for expansion so there will be lots of chances to grow with the company.
