On Saturday 21 March, From the Ashes is teaming up with three of East London’s finest open fire chefs for a celebration of BBQ in the Five Points Courtyard. Four smokehouses. Four exclusive dishes....
Here's what we know is on the menu so far!
CUE POINT: Banjan Glazed Lamb Chop with Texas Naan, Afghan Chutney and Pickled Torshi.
ACME FIRE CULT: Frilled Westholme Wagyu with Malabar-Peppercorn Sauce, Potato Cake and Curry Leaf
UNCLE HON'S BBQ: Smoked Taiwanese Pork Belly Rice Bowl with salted Veg and Pickled Cucumber.
FROM THE ASHES: Smoked Duck Pastrami & Spiced Duck Sausage with red cabbage kraut and burnt blood orange.
We will also be hosting Bertotti, an award-winning family business founded by Diego Alfonso and Suzana Bertotti who will be supplying their Artisan gelato, with handmade gelato flavours in London since 2012.
From our Five Points Courtyard bar, you can expect nothing less than the freshest pints of our Five Points Brewing Co range, alongside a cocktail menu made only for this weekend! Featuring a range of Jack Daniels, you'll find something for everyone this weekend.
There will also be a LIMITED EDITION Five Points X Jack Daniels pour available!
