From The Ashes x Uncle Nearest Collaboration for National Barbecue Week

Celebrate National Barbecue Week with us at The Five Points Taproom & Courtyard with a special collaboration menu between Tennessee Whiskey producers Uncle Nearest and our very own From The Ashes. 

From Thursday, the 23rd of May through Sunday, the 2nd of June, expect a whiskey-infused menu paired with expertly crafted cocktails, all using Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey and Uncle Nearest 1856 Premium Whiskey.

From The Ashes will have the following National Barbecue Week menu items available paired with cocktails from the bar: 

  • Bourbon braised caramelised onion and Ogleshield empanadas with an Uncle Nearest x From The Ashes pickleback
  • Grilled bavette steak with a smoked Bourbon, green peppercorn and tarragon sauce, paired with a Hackney twist to a Lynchburg Lemonade
  • Sticky Bourbon BBQ smoked short rib with charred oyster mushrooms and an Apricot Whiskey Sour
