A guest of our 2024 International Women's Collaboration Brew Day digs out our mash tun at Five Points

Join us for International Women's Collaboration Brew Day

Our annual International Women's Collaboration Brew Day returns!

On Thursday, 6 February, we will be brewing a gluten-free Pale Ale for our International Women's Collaboration Brew Day here at The Five Points Brewing Company. We are welcoming all women and non-binary folks to join this event, which will be centered on the brew day led by our Senior Brewers Alana and Laura, with a couple of talks in the afternoon from women in beer and info from our partner charity, Women For Refugee Women.

If you are interested in taking part in the brew day on Thursday, the 6th of February, please fill out our sign-up form here. We have space for up to 20 attendees for the brew day.

We will be donating £10 per keg sold to Women for Refugee Women, whom we worked with back in 2023! You can read more about our previous collaboration on their blog. This year we will be brewing a beer called Every Woman Welcome to highlight their Welcome Every Woman campaign.

Last year, we worked with WISH, a mental health charity focused on women, and from the sales of Just Peachee, our peach and lychee sour we brewed last year for International Women's Collaboration Brew Day, we donated £1090 to the charity to help support them in their work providing counselling and other services.

We have further events planned for the launch of the beer in the run-up to International Women's Day on the 8th of March, so for more information on that, so please stay tuned!

The Five Points Green Hop 2025!

Green hop beers trace their roots to the hop-growing counties of England, where brewers eagerly awaited the annual harvest to seize the opportunity to brew with undried, fresh hops. This method imparts an aromatic, grassy freshness and a vibrant, resinous character that dried hops simply can't replicate. Read more about the Five Points Green Hop beer for 2025 here!
